- We thoroughly clean the shower
- If needed, if the shower tray has been re enamelled before, we remove the enamel surface and take it back to the original surface.
- We fill in any chips, limescale damage etc
- We mask the whole bathroom to ensure everything is protected.
- We sand the whole shower tray
- We use a adhesive which is wiped on the whole shower tray
- We spray on another adhesive/bonding agent
- We sand the shower tray again.
- We spray the white enamel coating on the shower tray using 3 or 4 coats of enamel for a thick, long lasting finish
We spray on our high quality enamel coating with three to four coats for a thick and strong finish which is long lasting and durable.
We use two adhesive and bonding coatings before we spray on the white enamel coating to ensure it never comes off.
Our adhesive primer is extremely strong!
The final white enamel surface is long lasting and durable. The bath and shower tray will last years if maintained correctly.
